Wise to exfoliate with mild acne?

Is it wise and worthwhile to exfoliate while ive got mild acne? Also are there any good exfoliating products out there which can be used?Wise to exfoliate with mild acne?
It isn't advisable especially as you have mild acne. The bacteria from the sopts will spread %26amp; become infected, resulting in more spots.





Try a product called ';Quinoderm'; this will rid you of your mild acne, %26amp; it's now available over the counter, so if you can give it a go.


I used it back in the 1980's when it was only available through a Dr. My daughter had a bout of mild acne, I took her to the Dr %26amp; he then told me Quinoderm was available from the chemist. He also said that nothing has ever matched it's effectivenenss.Wise to exfoliate with mild acne?
I wouldn't. Try taking zinc and evening primrose oil, and using a mild wash for acne. Make sure you use a moisturiser as well, and do this twice a day. Do not do too much to your skin, as you will make things worse. Keep your hands off it,and drink plenty of water, stay away from fried foods, caffeine, and sweets.
