Exfoliating products ... are they really good or bad for acne scars blackhead?

I am 21 old male. I've got acne scars and blackheads all over my forehead and cheeks. I've never used any of these skin care out there coz i am so cautious and i dont wanna put my self into bad situation. anyway friend of mine [female] advised me of Clear%26amp;Clean exfoliating daily wash. but i am still worried to buy it before I know what is exfliating and how good is it for facial problems, and wheather this product is the good one out there.Exfoliating products ... are they really good or bad for acne scars blackhead?
I would advise seeing a dermatologist. They will be able to recommend the best way to treat your scars and blackheads.

As for the Clean%26amp;Clear - I wouldn't bother. I recently bought the exfoliating daily wash and it ruined my skin. Usually exfoliating is great for your skin, however this one just dries up your skin completely. Even with using a ton of moisturiser it still looked awful.

Personally, I believe that most skin products sold in shops are useless.

I was once prescribed medication from my doctor which completely cleared up my skin. I think your best bet is to see a professional :)

Good luck :)Exfoliating products ... are they really good or bad for acne scars blackhead?
Despite hoards of new beauty products for removing blackheads, these home remedies could work wonders!

Home remedies for removal of blackheads

Apply a paste made of ground radish seeds and water on affected areas, the effect is magical.

Mix glycerin soap, fuller's earth and almond powder in 2:1:4 ratio with boiled water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the blackheads.

Apply paste of fresh fenugreek leaves mixed with water on the face every night and wash off with warm water in the morning to prevent blackheads.

Apply paste of roasted and powdered pomegranate skin with fresh limejuice over blackheads.

Wet cotton in warm water mixed with Epsom salt and iodine. Dab them on blackheads to loosen them.

Use green tea as a face scrub to loose blackheads.

Mash drumsticks pods and leaves.

Mix it with fresh limejuice and apply on the trouble spots.

Combine 录 cup of hot water with 1 tsp of Epsom salts and 4 drops of iodine. Mix well and let it cool until it is lukewarm.

Dip cotton ball in to the mixture and apply on the affected area. When the mixture dries, remove it gently with a washcloth.

These natural remedies for eliminating blackheads comes at no or negligible cost, purity, without side effects and dollops of TLC.
ok for the acne scars i would reccomend bio-oil, exfoliating isnt gonna help scars, you can buy a cheaper version called rescue oil for 拢1.99 from home bargains, i use it, has reduced my scars like you wouldn't believe, for the black heads i would recommend a facial steam, it can be done by buying a steamer or using a bowl of boiling water, hover your face over the water, and place a towel over your head, yes you will get hot but it can also help clear your lungs too, stay there for 20-30 mins, then while your face is still hot splash cold water on it, the hot steam opens the pores, making all the gunk fall out, then the cold water seals them before anything else can get in, this is only a short term thing and will nedd repeating weekly, but there are no nasty chemicals, and it really will help your skin.. good luck either way...
Please consider finding a good dermotologist and looking into treatment options. With all the break throughs in medical science, there may be a treatment out there that will really help you.

Exvoliating is a process where you remove dead skin cells. It's actually good for your skin. But men tend to get this effect while shaving. Seriously, check out a dermotologist. I have a feeling he or she will suprise you.
