Does exfoliating spread acne????

ok this might sound really wierd..and ur probably thinking..'NO YOU IDIOT, EXFOLIATION HELPS ACNE!!' but whatever..listen to what i have to say..and then ull get my drift...ok well..lets say i have some face scrub on my hand and i rub it on a pimple filled part of my face, then i use the same scrub and scrub my cheeks which dont have any acne or any pimples...wouldnt it be sort of transferring the germs and acne and bacteria from my pimple part of face to my cheeks? and wont that be spreading acne?? help plzzz!! thanks xxxxDoes exfoliating spread acne????
first, determine the cause of your acne, it may be caused by an allergic reaction to your shampoo, cosmetics, moisturizer. Find products that are non comodogenic, meaning they do not clog the pores. scrubbing on acne prone skin will actually worsen acne cases. scrubbing will irritate the skin and will make the acne cystic (fluid filled) i suggest using a facial foam with antibacterial ingredients (tea tree oil) and skin calming ingredients. then use acne spot removers, the one with salycylic acid or benzoyl peroxide would be recommended.Does exfoliating spread acne????
using a scrub will not spread your acne. using a scrub will help with removing the dead layer of skin on your face. and may even help with your acne. I would recommend using it only once a week. I hope I helped. even using a facial my help as well. also on a weekly basis.
thats the way that you're suppose to do it and it works. just put a small amount into the palm of your hands and rub it onto your face with your finger tips. the acne wont spred especially if you leave the cream on your face long enough and then wash it completely off. your best bet is you use it in the shower. put it on and then wash your hair or whatever, then rinse the cream off. this will also reduce the risk of your acne spreding, because of the water being on your face during the process.
If u have severe acne do not use scrubs on your face as the scrub irritates the pimples and makes them even worse...when i had acne and used a scrub i have noticed that they became worse and did actually spread...try something milder...products from Palmer's really do help...
One of the best ways to fight mild cases of acne is to speed up the natural exfoliation process of your skin. Exfoliation is the process by which the topmost layer of your skin, which contains many dead cells, is removed by mechanical or chemical means. Clearing away dead skin helps prevent the clogging of pores by a combination of excess sebum and dead cells. Exfoliation is not meant in the visible sense of the word, since you won鈥檛 see skin peeling away as in the case of shedding. The topmost layer of your skin is too thin to be seen with the naked eye.
no scrubbing does not help spread acne because acne's are made out of dirt and oil of our body and scrub helps it to get cleaned!! now don't say that you use one soap for one cloth!! scrub only cleans!!
no, no, you're thinking too hard about it

scrubs dont spread anything - all they are for is cleansing - seriously, its good taht you know that exfoliating is good for acne, because it is
